Honda CD 70

Honda CD 70 is a living legend among the Pakistani bikers community. There is not a single biker in Pakistan whose first bike is not CD 70. It was launched in Pakistan back in 1976 and the main usp of this bike is its fuel average. The company claims it can go up to 60 KM/liter and this fuel average made CD 70 the most selling bike of Pakistan. The GDP per capita income of Pakistan is around $1500 plus which indicates most of the Pakistanis are not financially well. Most of the families here in Pakistan commute on bikes and the fuel average is must for every Pakistani this makes Honda CD 70 the most loved bike of Pakistan.

Honda CD 70 offers a standard 72 CC OHC engine which produces around 5.1hp at around 7500 RPM, which means this bike is convenient for daily use. The bike has simple wet clutch technology and consists of only 4 gears linear gear shifting also the bike offers a traditional Euro II carburetor. The massive success of CD 70 bikes is because of cheap spare parts availability across the country, an intensive localization of spare parts.

The availability of mechanic networks in every corner of the country and cheap maintenance of Honda CD 70 makes it the number one bike of Pakistan. Following the trend of Honda CD 70 almost all local players import the engines from China and assemble their local bikes based on Honda CD 70 frame. The Honda CD 70 price in Pakistan falls around $550 which is equivalent to PKR 159,900 this makes Honda CD 70 price the cheapest bike of Honda in Pakistan. Honda CD 70 price in Pakistan increased a lot after the depreciation of Pakistani rupee. Honda CD 70 comes in three colors: black, red and blue.

Honda CD 70 Dream

Atlas Honda also offers a more stylish and modern design in Hoonda CD 70 which is named as CD 70 Dream. This bike has the same technical specs like engine, carburetor and performance to Honda CD 70 but the design is in a more aggressive style. This bike targets the younger audience like Gen Z. The bike looks like a younger brother of CD 100 Pridor. The bike has a modern headlight, modern speedometer and even a modern back light. Analysis

If you just turned 18 and want to buy a new bike for daily commute go for it as it’s a light weight bike, and easy to handle. Also, as a beginner you should first focus on smaller cc bikes so that you have a better understanding of how to operate bikes. Also, if you don’t have that much budget and you are looking for a bike which is easy to maintain, easy to drive and with best fuel average in Pakistan go for Honda CD 70.

CD 70 is perfect for daily commute and can easily handle two people sitting on this bike. This bike does not go fast as it only has 4 gears and can go to a maximum speed of 70 KM/H speed. The main disadvantage of this bike is its brakes as it offers only drum breaks and overall working of this bike is very simple. There is no flashy tech in the bike, the same old meter which only shows speed and covered kms, no rpm, and no gear indication. All these features make this bike the most affordable and lowest maintenance cost price.

Honda CD 70 Dream can be a good option for the college and university students as the younger audience wants aggressive and modern looks and Honda CD 70 Dream offers these features. The bike has the same 4 speed gear box with 72 CC engine similar to conventional Honda CD 70.

Honda CD 70 Iine-up

Honda CD 100 Pridor

Honda Pidor previously known as Prider which was previously known as Honda CD 100 introduced in Pakistan in 2005. This bike is the most underrated bike by Honda as it has a decent power, good looks, and decent Speedometer. Honda Pridor is known for its reliable and comfortable ride. This bike is perfect for long rides from your towns to nearest city or the long travels within the city. The bike offers modern looks, modern design and decent performance under 2.2 lacs. The bike has conventional suspensions, conventional drum breaks and 4 speed constant mesh gear box.

The bike has a single cylinder OHC engine of 97.1 CC displacement which produces around 7.5 HP at 8500 RPM and 8.2 Nm Torque. The bike offers only kick start and conventional carburetor which means it is also easy to maintain. Pridor offers good and modern looks but it has no modern carburetor, no modern speedometer, no disc brakes and no self start. This makes this bike a perfect  mixture of modern and conventional technologies. Pridor comes in three colors: red, black and blue.

Analysis

This bike is a perfect choice for the people who don’t want too much speed and aggression but want decent performance. The bike has decent hp and with conventional technologies it is very easy to maintain. The bike has a very comfortable ride and is perfect for long rides. With the fuel efficiency perspective the bike offers around 45 KM/L average which is a decent one. The drawbacks include no self start motor, no gear indication and no RPM meter these things are mandatory for a bike which is meant to ride for long rides.

If these things are introduced in this bike this bike can kill Suzuki GS 110 which lies in the price segment of around Rs 370,000 and will become the direct competitor of GS 110. This bike can be a perfect starter commuter bike for all ages as it has decent looks but it comes with conventional workings as written earlier.  The bike price is around Rs 212,000 which is not too high nor too low as the CD 70 falls in the price segment of Rs 155,000.

The maintenance cost is also normal and with a vast number of mechanics all around Pakistan the bike maintenance is also not an issue. The Pridor 100 is not a famous and successful bike like the other Atlas Honda motorcycles. The reason is the people who want aggression buy Honda CG 125 as 125 is only Rs 30,000 more expensive than Pridor. The other reasons are Honda never focused much on the marketing of this bike as compared to its other models.

Honda Pridor & Honda CG 125

Honda CG 125

Here comes our hero the Honda CG 125 which is the most beloved and favorite bike of Pakistanis. Almost every boy in Pakistan wants Honda CG 125 as his primary bike, meanwhile parents always get afraid of this bike. The reason is this bike has immense power as its light weight and comes with an OHV engine which produces a decent amount of torque and HP. The downsides are this bike has no latest technology that means no disc brakes, no digital speedometer and no modern shape.

These features make this bike vulnerable as it has good speed and power but the body of this bike is light weight because of no latest technology which means at high speed it’s impossible to control it. That means this bike can be a dangerous bike if not controlled well. The bike offers 124CC OHV engine with no balancer shaft which makes this bike very fast but the cost of this speed is too much vibrations which you will feel on your bike handle and on your seat.

The engine of Honda CG 125 produces around 11 hp at around 8500 RPm which is again not too much but it feels too much because of the light body and simple design. The bike offers 4 gears constant mesh gear box and 124 cc engine comes with conventional carburetor which means easy and low maintenance cost. The 4 speed gear box is not enough for a 125 CC bike but Honda CG 125 comes with it that’s why it has limitations.

Honda 125 price in Pakistan 2025 starts from Rs 238,500 which makes it the cheapest 125CC by a mainstream bike company in Pakistan. Price, low maintenance and availability of parts all around Pakistan are the key factors which make this bike the most successful bike of Pakistan. Also, this bike is the favorite bikes of local thieves and robbers. The reason is these bikes are very popular in remote areas of Pakistan because of its performance and the thieves steal this bike and sell them in remote areas.

The fuel average of Honda CG 125 is the biggest drawback of this bike as the bike can only achieve 35KM/L which is the most ideal fuel average. The real world fuel average falls between 30-35 KM/L if you maintain your bike well. The biggest usp of this bike is its voice note which is so famous that Yamaha Pakistan has to change its voice notes of its 125cc bike range. Still, by today according to the Pakistani audience it has the best silencer voice. CG 125 comes in three colors: blue, red and black.

Honda CG 125S and Gold Edition

After so many years Atlas Honda introduced Honda CG 125S launched by Pakistan in 2019 with a price upgrade and also the features update. Honda introduced a self start mechanism and 5 gears transmission in CG 125s. The current price of Honda CG 125s is around Rs 286,900 which is almost Rs 50,000 more than normal CG 125. Everything remained the same Honda just added a self start motor and an additional gear in their bike. Honda CG 125S comes in two color combinations which means red/silver and black/silver combination.

In 2023 Atlas Honda launched the gold edition of CG 125s which has different visuals as compared to normal CG 125s the use of Gold color is prominent in the Gold edition. The gold edition has the same features like Honda CG 125s but the Honda CG 125s Gold edition price in Pakistan is Rs 296,900. These price differences make no sense as the base variant is around Rs 238,500 that’s why these two CG 125 variants are not as successful as compared to normal CG 125 models. The Gold variant also comes in two colors rad and black with the same color pattern like 125S but in Gold color instead of silver.

Analysis

If you want a crazy bike on a low budget go for this bike as it has decent power and decent voice note according to the Pakistani audience. If you are a responsible rider then go for it because this bike has a weak brake system according to its power. This bike is not for long rides as it has OHV engine without balancer shaft which makes it the worst option for long rides.

This bike has no modern technologies that means it has everything simple from tire to speedometer. The bike has only 4 gears which is a bothering thing but Honda now introduced a special variant which comes with 5 gears which will definitely increase the fuel average as well overall ride quality. The after sales support of Honda is best in Pakistan as Honda has the network of mechanics and spare parts dealers all around Pakistan.

If you are conscious about your fuel average then don’t go this bike as this bike is a gas guzzler of bikes with fuel average between 25-35 KM/L. Also, if you buy this bike, kindly travel safely and make sure you insure your bike because this bike is the favorite bike of local stealers in Pakistan.

Honda CG 125S & Gold Edition

Honda CB 125F

Honda CB 125F came as a successor of Honda legendary bike Honda Deluxe launched back in 2006 and Honda CB 125F launched back in 2019. The bike has similar technical specs like Honda CG 125S which means an OHV engine, and 5 speed constant mesh gear box the additional features are front disc brake, new speedometer, gear indication, alloy rims, and upgraded suspensions. This bike is a direct competitor of Yamaha YBR 125 and Suzuki GSX 125 but the price of this bike makes it very interesting.

Honda CB 125F comes with the lowest price as compared to its competitors at just only Rs 396,000 which makes it the most affordable option. Throughout these models there is a pattern Honda is following: they are providing their bikes at cheapest prices as compared to their competitors. Although the Suzuki GS 150 is very close to this price but Suzuki GS 150 has the basic features with no disc brakes, no alloy rims and no modern design. The fuel average of this bike will also be between 30-40KM/L depending on your riding style and care.

Honda CB 125F is not a successful bike as compared to its younger sibling CG 125 and the reason is its acceptability in Pakistan. Most of the Pakistanis ride bikes for commuting and they have to carry their families with them and this bike is on a sportier side. Which means this bike is not a suitable option for daily work commute and Honda CG 125 becomes the most suitable option with less price, same performance and better practicality. Honda CB 125f targets the younger audience and specifically the younger audience who love to drive bikes like Yamaha YBR 125 and Suzuki GSX 125. Honda CB 125F comes in three colors blue, black and red. The bike comes in red, black and blue colors.

Fuel Capacity12.3 L (reserve 2.7 L)
SuspensionFront: Telescopic Fork; Rear: Swing Arm
BrakesFront Disc + Rear Drum
Bore & Stroke56.5 x 49.5 mm

Analysis

If you want a decent sporty bike with modern looks you should go for this bike as the price of this bike is lower than Yamaha and Suzuki. This bike comes with an OHV engine that means this bike will also come with a lot of vibrations. This makes this bike unsuitable for longer rides. The HP of this bike is almost similar to its younger sibling CG 125 but it will not be as fast as Honda CG 125. The reason is this bike is more stable, heavier and bigger than its younger sibling. The reason it’s not as successful as its younger sibling is that it has the same old vibrating engine.

The bike has good and sportier looks like its competitors but the bike has a lot of vibrations due to that its not much comfortable as compared to its rivals. The bike overall is an amazing bike. A person who loves to drive an OHV engine should buy this bike because it has decent brakes, good suspension, sportier looks and decent road presence. The fuel average will not be the same as its competitors because of OHV engine and power to weight ratio. Spare parts are easily available around Pakistan but they will definitely be more costly because of its exclusive buying segment.

Honda CB 150F

Honda CB 150F launched in Pakistan in 2017 and this bike came from a Chinese manufacturer. This bike comes with a square engine that means its bore and stroke is of the same size which means this bike has a strong engine. The square engines (1 : 1) are famous for their longevity and durability and provide optimum power at both high RPMs and Low RPMs. Atlas Honda launched this bike as a direct competitor to Suzuki GR 150 and indirect competitor to Yamaha YBR series. The bike on paper looks amazing but it comes with some drawbacks according to some user reviews.

The bike comes with a known fault as the bike consumes the engine oil if engine oil change does not happen on time. The engine oil of this bike should change at around max 1200-1400 KM The spare parts of this bike are also on the higher side, meanwhile the quality of paint and products is one of the best. The bike comes with the traditional carburetor which means the maintenance of this bike is also easy and on a cheaper side. Honda CB 150F produces around 10.6 HP which is even less than classic CG 125 and the reason is it comes with a SOHC engine with a balancer shaft.

Which means this bike is made for long tours and you can travel long distances on it. Also, this bike gives around 40-45 KM/L fuel average which is equivalent to its competitors and decent according to Honda conventional OHV engines. Honda CB 150F has one of the most beautiful speedometers available in the market with gear indications, RPM meter and trip meter. This bike can be used as a starter touring bike because of its decent price and availability of Honda network all over Pakistan.

Maintenance wise this bike can be considered as a high price maintenance because it requires engine oil change after every 1200-1400 Kms, the bike engine is fragile as compared to other Honda bikes. That means this bike requires care and frequent look after so that it will not require a list of changings after some time. The original spare parts of this bike are expensive and the availability depends on some regions but can be available on demand. CB 150F comes in two options, one option has two colors read and black prices at Rs 499,900, and the other option is special edition. In the special edition there are two colors silver and blue and the bike rims of these two bikes come in orange color.

Analysis

Honda CB 150F is one of the most underrated bikes available in the market. This bike is not for rough and tough use means it requires regular maintenance and frequent services for longer runs. The bike offers a SOCH engine with a balancer shaft which means no vibrations at all and with Square engine this bike has a really good engine. This engine requires care and oil change regularly because if not done this engine consumes engine oil which in the end causes the wear and tear of engine parts. The Honda CB 150F price in Pakistan starts from Rs 499,990 which is almost equal to Suzuki GSX 125 and Yamaha YBR 125G.

If you want a decent bike with good fuel average, modern & mature looks, go for this bike as the price is not too much and maintenance is also on the cheaper side. This bike is not too fast but it has enough power and torque which will carry its heavy body and your weight to any part of Pakistan. This bike can be used for long tours and long commutes without any problem. The bike comes with self start as well as kick start so you don’t have to worry about the cold start.

Honda CG 150

In July 2025 Honda launched a bike which no one was expecting and with this bike Honda breaked a lot of barriers and stereotypes regarding Honda. For the first time Honda delivered a bike which comes with CBS(Combined Braking System) and Nissin brake callipers front disc. Also, the bike comes with a beautiful head light and the overall design of the bike is inspired by realtor classic looks. The best thing about this bike is it really looks like a solid bike and feels like a baby Royal Enfield that means it does not have stickers on its tank. Honda made the looks of this bike clean and elegant.

This bike shares the engine of Honda CB 150F and according to some sources on internet this engine has some known faults of that engine. These faults have improved in this model but still its unconfirmed as the bike is new and not tested like Honda CB 150F. The bike’s cost makes it an interesting choice to buy as its starting price is at only Rs 449,900 which stands it out. The Hi-Speed Infinity costs around Rs 420,000 and Super Star Falcon 150 costs at Rs 415,000 but the spare parts and the limited network of these companies creates an edge for CG 150.

Honda CG 150 is the new entrant in the biking market and it created chaos when launched as lots of people purchased this bike because of its unorthodox shape and styling. Honda also did cost cutting like the indicators are derived from traditional CD 70 which definitely looks cheap on this bike. The CG 150 also has two variants one variant is only available in red color which price is Rs 449,900 and the second variant has two options mate green and 2 tone black/white combination priced at Rs 459,900.

Analysis

This bike is currently new which means it is in the testing phase in the Pakistani market. Before coming to a verdict we have to wait for at least one year since its launch. The initial units of CG 150 came with massive issues of welding and details issues. But now these known faults have been resolved as these things are common and good companies always solve these kinds of issues. The engine of Honda CG 150 utilizes the same engine Honda CB 150F which means the audience knows the known faults of this engine. Overall, this bike can reimagine the brand image of Honda in Pakistan because Suzuki GS 150 offers the basic things, and Yamaha is exiting the market which will again make the monopoly of Honda in bigger CC bikes.
