Suzuki GD 110s price in Pakistan
As discussed earlier this bike’s price on premium segment bikes and there are illogical and logical reasons. Some are totally illogical and Suzuki Pakistan never claimed that this bike is a CBU unit or that it’s imported from Japan. But some people from Suzuki dealerships claim that this bike is imported from Japan due to the fact that the price of this bike is so high. The logical reasons include that the build quality of this bike is on the premium side and there is no compromise on the build quality.
The paint quality, the engine, the gearbox, and everything on this bike is top notch but still the price is insanely high as compared to its competitors. The price of Suzuki GD 110s is around Rs 3,69,900 ex-showroom which means is around Rs 83,000 more than the Honda CG 125 special edition. The bike is only 30000 cheaper than its elder sibling Suzuki GS 150 and Honda CB 125f.
Suzuki GD 110s technical specs
This segment will discuss the technical information of GD 110s.
Engine
The bike has the 113cc SOHC, single cylinder air cooled engine. This engine can produce around 8 hp and 8.5 Nm of torque @ 5500 RPM which is enough to carry you around all over Pakistan on road. The bike has a traditional SOHC engine that has no vibrations in this engine and this engine is claimed to be one of the smoothest engines in Pakistan . The bore and stroke of this is 51.0 X 55.2 mm and the bikes come with a butterfly carburetor.
Which means this bike requires more advanced level expertise from mechanics as compared to competitors like Honda bikes. The Engine has compression ratio of 9.5:1 that means this bike will run perfectly on normal fuel available in Pakistan. The bike can give you around the fuel average of 50 plus kms per liter which is a decent fuel average as compared to its engine size. It’s also better than its competitors including Honda CG 125SE.
The bike comes with traditional constant mesh gear technology with a four speed gearbox. For comparison Honda CG 125SE has 5 speed gear box which is significantly cheaper than this bike. The bike has traditional wet clutch technology for gear shifting. The bike comes with a kick start option as well as the electric start option which is a plus point of this bike.
Body and Aesthetics
The bike has a very traditional and old design with nothing special on the front. We have the head light with a hood and below is the plastic mudguard with front alloy rim tyre. The tank of this bike is also simpler with no fancy cuts, no fancy stickering and no sportier design. Its just a simple and practical commuter bike for the audience. This bike is available in 4 colours red, blue, silver, and black.
The build quality of this bike is solid, the paint quality of this bike is also excellent, and Suzuki bikes are famous for their built quality and quality. The bike has overall dimensions of L X M X W = (1900 X 750 X 1050). The wheelbase of this bike is around 1215 mm less than Honda Pridor but more than CG 125. The ground clearance of this bike is 140 mm which is also decent for daily rides on the road.
The dry weight of this bike is 103 kg which is also on a higher side as compared to engine capacity. The bike has a fuel tank of 9.0 liters meaning with a full fuel tank you can go up to 500 kms from your location if you drive responsibly.
Speedometer
The speedometer looks like it’s an unconventional speedometer but it’s a very simple and traditional speedometer. So the bike has a decent size speedometer in that there is a circular dial for speed in km/h. The remaining parts show the information like the gear position indicator, turn signals and the high beam status. That is the simple speedometer of GD 110s which has no RPM meter and no fuel gauge.

Tire and Suspensions
The bike uses the alloy rims both at front and back tyres. The brakes are also traditional drum brakes on both the front and back. The front tyre is of 2.5-17 4 ply and the back tyre is of 2.75-17 4 ply. The brakes are also of good quality and enough to stop this bike as this bike is not meant to drive at high speed.
The suspension at front is traditional telescopic, coil spring, oil damped and at back swing arm, coil spring, oil damped, spring pre-loaded 5 way adjustable. The adjustable suspension is the plus point of this bike as compared to its competitors.
Maintenance
Regarding the bike, maintenance will definitely be more as compared to its competitors. The bike comes with a butterfly carburetor which can challenge the traditional Pakistani mechanics. But it’s been a long time since butterfly carburetors are available in Pakistan specially starting from Yamaha YBR series. So the maintenance is available but it will not be cheap as compared to its competitors.
The bike’s engine requires 900 ml of engine oil and Suzuki also produces its own engine oil so the recommended engine oil for this bike is also from Suzuki company.
Critiques
The bike was unofficially marketed in Pakistan as this bike is a CBU from Japan but in reality it was manufactured by a Chinese company known as Haojue. Initial units were manufactured by this company and imported as CBU by Suzuki Pakistan but after that as of now Suzuki Pakistan is manufacturing Suzuki GTD110s.
Pros
- Amazing build & paint quality
- 5 way adjustable preload suspension
- Alloyrims
- Decent fuel average because of butterfly carburetor
- 12-24 months EMI plans available on this bike without any markup.
Cons
- Highest price in its class
- False unofficial marketing
- Overhyped
- Expensive daily maintenance
Competitors
As of the price this bike has no competitor but regarding performance the bike has two competitors one is Honda CD 125 and the other is Honda Pridor CD 100. The Honda Pridor can be a direct competitor to GD 110s as the engine is almost the same CC only 13CC lower than 110s. The looks and build quality are almost the same; only upgrades in GD 110s are electric start, alloy rims, butterfly carburetor and adjustable back suspension.
Rest all the things are also the same but the price difference is almost double as Honda Pridor has the price of around Rs 2,11,900. Suzuki gd 110s has a price of Rs 3,70,000 that means almost 1 60000 rupees which is equal to a price of CD 70. Even the Honda CG 125 special edition has all the things as of Suzuki GD 110s except the adjustable rear suspension, butterfly carburetor, and alloy rims.
On the other hand Honda 125SE offers a five speed gearbox which is an upgrade from a 4 speed gear box. The price of Honda CG 125 Special Edition is Rs 286,900 which is still 83000 PKR cheaper than GD 110s.

Conclusion & Analysis
The bike has decent build quality and one of the smoothest rides available in Pakistan. The downside is this bike is over priced and overrated as this bike only offers the basic features. Like the 4-speed gearbox and 113 cc engine with no disc brakes. So overall the bike is good and can easily handle daily commute pressure. With a good and decent fuel average of around 50 plus km/l the down side is its price as it’s over priced.
It’s not just over price it’s super over price that means you can save around Rs 83000 if you buy the Honda CG 125SE. You can save around Rs 1,60,000 if you purchase a Honda Pridor that means at this price you can buy a Honda Pridor and Honda CD 70 both. For someone whose concern is not price and love Suzuki Pakistan products should purchase this bike because of its performance with smooth ride.
